1. Acceptance

By connecting your Instagram account to Hookline, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't connect your account.

2. What Hookline Does

Hookline reads historical post data and performance metrics from the Instagram account you connect, in order to generate personal content recommendations. Hookline does not publish, schedule, or delete content on your behalf in its current version.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for the Instagram account you connect and for complying with Instagram's own Terms of Use. You can disconnect Hookline from your account at any time via Instagram's settings.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Hookline's recommendations are based on patterns in your own past data. They're a guide, not a guarantee — content performance depends on many factors outside Hookline's visibility or control.

5. Service Availability

Hookline is provided as-is, without warranty of uptime or availability. Features may change as the tool develops.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bespoke Bachelor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Hookline.

7. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue Hookline, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using Hookline at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Hookline after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This is a general-purpose Terms of Service and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It's a reasonable starting point for a small tool with a handful of users, but before Hookline handles real external user data at scale, it's worth having these terms reviewed properly.
